Yes. Most of your data — workouts, meals, settings — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Only your subscription status syncs to our server when you have an account. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase giving you unlimited AI access forever. It's limited to 500 people as a launch promotion — once all spots are claimed, it won't be available again. An account is required to purchase Lifetime.
Due to the nature of AI-powered services, purchases where 10 or more AI interactions have been used are considered fulfilled and non-refundable. For fewer than 10 uses, refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Contact Apple support to request one.
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
FitArc is a powerful AI coaching tool, not a licensed medical or fitness professional. It's designed to guide and support your training, but always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have health conditions or injuries.
